The following information are disclaimers and policies of the ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation related to non-profit 501(c)(3) status, non discrimination, privacy policy, and terms of service.
ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation Non-profit 501(c)(3) Status
The ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation has been officially approved for 501(c)(3) non-profit status in the United States with the IRS. This means that any donations made to the ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation after February 8, 2021 are considered tax deductible and a receipt can be given to the donor for any donations made in the U.S. Please see our DONATE page for information on how to obtain a receipt.
Currently, we have not applied for non-profit status in other countries. We are currently researching options to apply for non-profit status in other countries, and we will post any and all updates about this process once we have anything to share. In the meantime, we can accept foreign donations from outside of the U.S., but we cannot offer any tax deductions for them at this time.
